  11. If you are a QuickTime programmer, you can extend the import functionality of iView Multimedia to suit your specific needs.
  12. Simply create QuickTime image or movie importers (codec components), and place them in your extensions folder, or in a folder named "Plug-ins" inside the folder that contains the iView Multimedia application.
